Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize all of Med Pro’s digital channels. This role is both strategic and hands‑on — you’ll shape our digital strategy while also executing campaigns, managing performance, and ensuring our online presence reflects our brand and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Own the digital ecosystem—manage performance across all digital channels: organic web, SEO, paid search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), and social media (organic and paid), and anywhere our company and related brands may appear online.
- Lead and manage resources—lead a team responsible for digital channels, manage or delegate tasks, and orchestrate in‑house, freelance, and agency partners.
- Lead AI‑driven initiatives—oversight of AI and GEO‑targeted marketing strategies, emerging AI search platforms, and content optimization.
- Align digital messaging—ensure our online presence and creative assets reflect company strategy, positioning, and tone.
- Implement and maintain tracking—ensure end‑to‑end analytics, attribution, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally—work closely with leadership, design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends—proactively identify opportunities in AI, automation, and search technologies to strengthen Med Pro’s competitive edge.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with multi‑channel performance management.
- Proven success managing SEO, paid search, paid social, and website strategy.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, digital heat maps, and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools, GEO/AI‑based targeting, or AI search initiatives is a strong plus.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and project‑management skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate strategy into clear digital execution.
- Base salary range $90,000–$125,000 based on experience.
