A large, employee‑owned enterprise organization is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full‑time, hybrid role based in Naperville, Illinois. This position sits within a digital experience team supporting enterprise and customer‑facing applications, with a strong focus on design systems, UX strategy, and modern UI tools such as Figma and Sketch.
This is a senior‑level opportunity for a designer who wants real ownership and influence. You’ll shape how design is practiced across multiple product teams, own and evolve a living design system, and partner closely with engineering and product leadership. RequiredSkills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in UI design and UX strategy across web, mobile, and application platforms
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing complex workflows and enterprise-scale applications
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability, and design systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile, sprint‑based environments
- Portfolio of UX/UI work required
- Experience owning or co‑owning a design system and component libraries
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Experience with Lean UX and just‑in‑time design cycles
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Background collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners
