Learning Management System Administrator
CARA seeks an LMS Administrator with strong Docebo experience to support our client as they roll out their new learning management system. This contract role requires being onsite two days per week and working comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment. You should have solid consulting skills, be able to work cross‑functionally, and have exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Upload, test, and organize learning content.
- Provide technical support and help resolve issues for users.
- Help create a smooth and positive platform experience for more than 6,000 users.
- 2+ years of hands‑on LMS administration experience (not just as a learner or trainer).
- 1+ year of direct Docebo experience including user setup, content loading, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting a large user base.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve LMS issues
, such as login problems, course assignment errors, and reporting gaps. - Strong communication and consulting skills
, including understanding needs and managing expectations. - High attention to details
, especially when updating data or uploading content. - Customer‑service mindset
, with experience helping non‑technical users. - Comfort working onsite 2 days per week in a collaborative environment.
