HR Coordinator

Our clientis seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting various HR functions.

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location:Abbott Park, IL / 100% Onsite
6 Months Contract
Pay Range: $16/hrto 19/hr

• Assist in coordinating and administering various aspects of compensation and benefits programs
• Support recruitment efforts, including organizing job descriptions and updating hiring processes
• Help with training and organization development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Interact with leaders at all levels to support HR initiatives and organizational goals

• Associates Degree preferred, with relevant experience
• Basic understanding of HR compliance and processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
