Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions for the company. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, 401(k) and HRIS administration. The position also ensures compliance with employment regulations, including Affirmative Action and EEO requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
- Administer performance management programs and support leadership with workforce and career path planning.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS for accurate employee data, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity and leverage HR technology for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and support EEO reporting and audits.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 to 8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad generalist/management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- Experience in a federal contractor environment.
- Quiet office environment with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit; occasionally stand, walk, climb, or balance.
