Account Manager

As our firm continues to expand, we’re looking to bring on an experienced account management professional who will support an existing team of talented individuals on the food & beverage side of our business.

As an Account Manager, you will become a subject matter expert on hiring within your industry and serve as a storyteller and advocate for your candidates.

• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify the needs & career aspirations of candidates
• Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the interview process
• Establish & grow your network within the industry, while also creating your brand
• Collaborate with your team to identify qualified candidates & proactively connect through multi-channel outreach
• Leverage internal tools & processes to stay organized and maximize efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong work ethic & organizational skills
• Previous recruiting experience is a definite plus
• Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
• Confidence in cold outreach & building trust quickly
• Coachability & desire for continuous improvement
