Pay: $60,000-$63,000 annually
Schedule:
Day Shift, Monday to Friday
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. Moderate regional travel will be necessary.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and post-offer employment checks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements that reflect role requirements and the employer brand.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Research, develop, and implement pre-hire assessments as needed.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience recruiting in a mechanical or technical environment is a plus
- Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to shift priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborative, adaptable mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
