The Onboarding and Experience Specialist is responsible for executing all onboarding related activities for new team members and transfers for the system. The Onboarding and Experience Specialist is committed to ensuring a positive onboarding experience for team members.

Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with new team members and existing employees throughout the pre‑employment and transfer onboarding process.
- Mentor candidates through the onboarding process, communicating next steps and timelines to ensure timely qualification validation.
- Communicate candidate status to key stakeholders such as hiring manager, recruiter, learning and development and other departments throughout the onboarding process.
- Manage all pre‑employment background checks required by company or regulatory authorities.
- Partner with affiliations to schedule pre‑employment health appointments for new team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support new team members through their first year of employment.
- Create an environment of engagement and belonging for new team members.
- Communicate identified issues related to new team members experience to leaders.
- Collect and document new team member feedback and share with appropriate parties.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships.
- Critical thinking skills to sense environments and people in need of support.
- Knowledge of personnel procedures and policies.
- Detail oriented and client focused.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to take initiative and complete assignments against deadlines. - Communication:
Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in written and verbal form. - Time Management:

Pay Range$19.75 - $23.00
