The Warewasher/Dishwasher supports the Sous Chef and Kitchen operations. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, pots & pans, cooking utensils & knives, and tableware.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Possesses a can-do attitude and tackles everything with a smile.
- Efficiently completes assigned duties.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to meet objectives.
- Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Self-motivated and accountable for one’s actions.
- Education, Certifications &
Experience:- At least 16 years of age.
- Conversational English.
- Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Club’s kitchens.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.
- Expected
Work Hours:- This is a seasonal position with a full-time schedule.
- Must be able to work the PM shift.
- Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required during periods of increased member activity. When necessary, shifts may extend beyond the standard schedule, potentially exceeding 10 hours.
