• Full time position (Sunday-Thursday) Hours 11p-7a

We are seeking a positive, friendly Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. You will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments/run the end of day reporting. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

• maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
• Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
• run end of day reports
• entering numerical data into charts
• wash, dry, fold laundry
• room inspections
• night security
• set up/clean/stock breakfast
• Hotel lounge closes 11:30-1am- may have to serve drinks/food to guests (must be 21 to sell and serve liquor)

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• be able to stand for up to 8 hour shift
