The General Manager oversees all hotel operations, including daily staff supervision, guest relations, and overall business performance. This individual provides leadership and direction to all departments to support service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability.

Key duties include planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all hotel activities. The General Manager evaluates shifts in guest expectations, industry developments, and competitive market trends and recommends operational and service adjustments as needed. The position ensures both guest and team satisfaction, maintains market competitiveness, and delivers strong financial results.
