Marriott Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Perform night audit activities: post charges, run backups, roll the date, and balance receipts.;
Process all payments (room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit) and handle adjustments and vouchers.;
Check in guests, assign rooms, and issue or reissue room keys.;
Operate the front desk: manage telephone switchboard, wake-up calls, and guest messages; maintain professional conduct.;
Prepare Room Rate Variance Report, maintain contingency lists, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
