• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Refreshes drinks.
• Assists with bussing tables & washing dishes.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Team player.
• Hard worker.
• Must be able to stand on feet 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts - Days and evenings and weekends and holidays.
