Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.;
Measure and document vital signs and I&O in EMR.;
Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes under supervision of RN.;
Collect urine, stool, and sputum specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated.;
Maintain stock for nursing area and assist with patient positioning and transporting duties.
