Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with precision and care. • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with food preparation, including utensil washing, food portioning, and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including storage areas and workstations.
• Assist with resident tray service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of food delivery.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts, food temperatures, and inventory management.
• Participate in resident satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve service.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
