. As a Behavior Technician at Total Spectrum, you’ll help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play-based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

- A willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
- Provide play‑based ABA therapy to children aged 2–22 with autism and special needs in homes, schools, or centers.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document client progress and session details accurately.
- Support the growth of clinical skills that may lead to promotion within as little as three months.
- Earn eligibility for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Starting pay of $18 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
- Full‑time employees may earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days; part‑time employees are eligible for sick leave.
- Potential for career advancement and professional development.
- Bonus for weekend availability.
- Part‑time schedule:
Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., primarily 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; weekend availability is a plus. - Reliable transportation is required; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are preferred.
- Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; ability to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
- Minimum age of 18 on or before the first day of employment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and a clean background check.
- Consistent weekly schedule availability (mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings).
- Preferred: bilingual (English/Spanish), background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields.
- Prior experience working with children (e.g., babysitter, nanny, teacher, coach, camp counselor).
- Motivation to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting.
- Strong commitment to creating lasting, positive change for children and their families.
