Overview
Respiratory Therapist, Night shift. We are currently looking for experienced Respiratory Therapists for full-time night shift positions.
Night shift position with rotating weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits- Pay range for this position, starting at $31/hr to $38/hr.
- $3/hr night shift differential and $4/hr weekend differential.
- $15,000 bonus for experienced Respiratory Therapists with an 18-month commitment or $20,000 bonus with a 2-year commitment.

About the JobThe Respiratory Therapist works closely with Physicians, Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive quality care. Their job is to administer medications and respiratory treatments to help treat or manage respiratory illnesses. They may also help patients learn about respiratory conditions, their causes, and how to care for themselves piratory Therapists perform all duties of respiratory care for patients of all ages under physician guidance.
They use patient assessment and therapeutic skills to provide services in accordance with practices and standards, policies and procedures. Pulmonary function testing training is offered to our Respiratory Therapists.
- High School Diploma
- Graduate from an AMA credentialed respiratory therapy program
- Current Illinois State Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- At least one year of experience preferred
- Basic computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, EMR, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, collect, and interpret data to identify patient needs and communicate findings to the care team
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certified or willing to obtain ACLS certification upon hire
