• Plan and lead daily activities that promote fun, relaxation, and social interaction
• Encourage residents to participate and engage in group or individual activities
• Assist with creating and distributing activity calendars and communication materials
• Document resident participation and progress
• Support the Activity Director with scheduling, setup, and event coordination
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) required
• At least 1 year of experience in long‑term care or a related field is preferred
• Creative, organized, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and professional with a positive attitude
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
