Join our Care Center, a community-owned senior living campus in charming MN, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality geriatric care near Rochester. Lead our nursing team in creating a safe, home-like environment for residents through rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized support like dementia and hospice.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all nursing operations, including staff supervision, hiring, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to address resident needs and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Active RN license in Minnesota; BSN or higher preferred, with 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior living.
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational management; strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Passion for person-centered care and commitment to fostering a supportive team culture.
