Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. Supervisor-Supply Chain assists in the oversight and coordination of all activities within the Supply Chain Operations Department. Plans and allocates resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goals. Serves as the primary resource for Supply Chain Operations related matters at the ministry level.

** Education Qualifications
*** Associates degree in a supply chain management, operations, business administration, healthcare or related field is required.
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, healthcare or related field is preferred.
* High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years of supply chain, healthcare, leadership or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
** Experience Qualifications
*** 4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution or healthcare is required.
* 3 years of leadership experience is required.
** Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
*** Certified Materials and Resource Professional Certification (CMRP) is preferred.
