Transportation Services

Pavilion on Main Street is seeking a Transportation Services to join their team. The role involves safely transporting facility residents to and from appointments, providing quality customer service, and ensuring a safe travel environment while operating the facility vehicle.

$15.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Performs miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail to and from the post office, transporting patients to doctor’s offices and other activities, and driving patients to preferred providers for emergency treatment.
• Ensures protected health information is kept confidential.
• Reports complaints made by residents to supervisor.
• Follows established safety policies and procedures.
• Observes safety needs of residents as indicated in care plan.
• Attends and participates in scheduled in-service training, educational classes and meetings.
• All other duties, as assigned.

• Safe driving record and ability to assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle.
• Ability to obtain a CPR certification, preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous chauffeur’s experience preferred.
• Current operator’s license required.

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds up to a height of 5 feet and move such a weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with frequent sitting and operating of hand and foot controls.
• May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during an emergency situation.
