. We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. We have 1500+ Salon & Spa locations across the US, all located within a Senior Living Environment.

Schedule & Requirements
:

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
• Part-time, 2-3 days a week (let us know if you are looking for additional days)
• 6-hour shifts (9am-3pm/10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a salon professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise.

• Average hourly earnings of $26 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure

Duties
:

• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, and roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience
:

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients
• Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, and/or special needs desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
