• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; OR
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government with Certificate in Public Health Assistant recognised by the Government or equivalent qualification
• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Have high level of motivation, disciplined and pleasant personality
• Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Applicant should be a Malaysian citizen.

All candidates must have obtained Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
