Position: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) with Security Clearance

Duties Help
* You will revise information from personnel records or files to maintain accuracy.
* You will update customers on the status of requested information.
* You will explain personnel processes, requirements, or procedures to employees.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of s experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Using personnel policies, procedures, rules and regulations to maintain personnel records;
2)
Ensuring applicants meet basic eligibility requirements for specific programs;
3)
Using human resources automated systems to research information in personnel records and databases; and
4) Responding to inquiries regarding human resources issues.
