SUMMARY
As an Operational Support Analyst, your role is a key contributor in understanding how the business impacts the financial performance of the organization, with the goal of informing and advising operational decision makers across the organization.

SCHEDULEMonday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, No weekends. Hybrid schedule - remote and in office. In office required days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of prior relevant experience, including financial and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think critically, proactively, and continually challenge existing assumptions
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and present financial information to senior leadership
- Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration, Statistics or related field
- Budgeting & Planning. Responsible to plan and coordinate the annual budgeting process at Rochester Regional Health in conjunction with the operational support finance team.
- Data Analysis and Visualization. Analyze relevant financial and operational data to inform trends and guide business decisions for the organization. Create meaningful and actionable visualizations for senior leadership.
- Financial Reporting & Communication. Responsible for the monthly and annual financial close process at Rochester Regional Health, including proposing and preparing financial adjustments to the income statement and balance sheet. Provide insight and expertise on variances to budget, both to Finance leadership and executive leadership across the organization.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
