About the Role
The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Culligan Pure Play Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning/modelling and managing the financial analysis of key projects across a multi‑branded product portfolio (APEC Water, Express Water, CuZn, Pure Blue H2O).
You will provide key financial analysis and reporting by owning and driving various monthly reporting processes, with a specific focus on the commercial elements of the business. You will provide guidance on investment and project decisions and support the Finance Director in managing the financial results and performance of the Pure Play business.
The Finance team is responsible for managing the core business strategy, collaborating cross‑functionally to oversee financial performance and key drivers. Our efforts are centered on optimizing processes to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis- Finance business partner for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Channel teams for Pure Play
- Lead monthly reporting, analysis, forecasting and budget for Net Sales (Gross to Net), providing insights to customer profitability and trade & marketing spend efficiencies, post‑promo ROI and ad‑hoc analysis as needed
- Provide in‑depth reporting on key drivers of variance to Budget, Forecast or Prior year for Revenue and Adj. EBITDA
- Generate pro‑forma financial statements to understand and improve customer and SKU level profitability with Sales team, influence pricing, assortment mix and spend trade offs
- Key contributor in monthly SIOP process ensuring financial and operational targets
- Create and present analysis materials for executive reviews, including Monthly Financial Review (MFR), Monthly Operating Review (MOR) and Monthly Business Review (M )
- Ad hoc analysis as required by business partners to drive decision making and achieve business goals
- Analyze performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate variances in financial results
- Oversee SG&A accounts and ensure BU optimizes expenditures
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Support global FP&A processes for planning and budgeting aligned with Pure Play objectives
- Support inputs for budget and forecast submissions, measure forecast accuracy and suggest improvements
- Implement scalable and repeatable processes focused on key commercial elements (i.e. pricing, trade spend)
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial reports
- Seek opportunities to simplify and automate processes, sharing best practices across teams and regions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field; MBA is a plus
- 6+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong decision‑making skills with excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record in translating detailed financial analysis into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, Quick Books)
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Travel as business need requires
Target Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 per year plus bonus. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
