Overview
Kforce is partnering with a client in East Alton, IL who is looking for a strong Revenue Management Analyst to join their team. In this role, the Analyst will help drive revenue growth and profitability through market trend analysis, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and delivering insights that inform key business decisions. The right candidate brings strong quantitative ability, sharp business judgment, and a proven skill for turning complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence direction at a leadership level.
Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and refine pricing strategies using competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maximize revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain demand forecasts by product, location, and customer segment, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align with business plans
- Analyze revenue performance by tracking KPIs such as utilization, margin, revenue metrics, and forecast accuracy
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through ongoing financial and operational analysis
- Create dashboards, models, and reports that provide clear visibility into pricing, demand, and overall revenue performance
- Partner with Business Intelligence leadership to present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support revenue initiatives, including new product launches, promotions, and market expansion strategies
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required;
Master s degree is a plus - 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, FP&A, data analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and experience using a BI or analytics tool (Power BI preferred)
- Advanced with Excel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
