A multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading firm is looking to hire a Financial Accounting Analyst!
The Position:
Financial Accounting Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting professional to join our growing technology company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and hands-on experience using spreadsheet software (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for data processing, financial reporting, and presentation.
Job Requirements- 3+ experience within an accounting / finance team
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Net Suite is preferred
- Strong proficiency in addressing and resolving accounting challenges
- Advanced proficiency in using spreadsheet software to evaluate, process, and generate financial and operational dat
- Participate in month-end close and reporting activities
- Payout setup, calculation, and distribution
- Reconcile financial data between systems to ensure consistency
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in creating and maintaining written processes and procedures
- Collaborate with development, compliance, risk, accounting, and management teams to enhance reporting tools and workflowss
