Finance Manager II

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Finance Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL 60045 (Hybrid).

• Pay: $48-51/hr
• 6-month assignment with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.
• Lead immunology volume forecasting and financial reporting by preparing LRP/LBE decks, templates, month‑end close materials, and variance analyses, delivering clear, actionable insights to Finance leadership under tight timelines.
• Analyze complex pharma volume and pipeline data using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to identify key drivers, ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, and translate analysis into practical business recommendations.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and process optimization by supporting consolidations, improving tools and methodologies, collaborating cross‑functionally, and championing change management and best‑practice adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6–7+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, revenue forecasting, FP&A, and financial reporting; pharma or consumer industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BI preferred, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all management levels.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly assess data integrity, manage competing priorities, and perform under tight deadlines.
