Expected salary range: $98,100 to $109,000 – varies by experience.
Primary Purpose of PositionSupport Constellation Partido in controlling project budgets, forecasts and expenditures by developing project checkbooks and analyzing current and future expenditures.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities- Apply financial management tools to prepare project checkbooks that accurately reflect monthly/yearly budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
- Process approved Project Change Requests (PCRs) to update budgets in the project checkbooks.
- Review and analyze checkbooks each month to identify missing or incomplete project data.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and special projects such as focused area assessments, benchmarking studies, and new procedure creation.
- Assist project managers in preparing, updating and RESETING project checkbooks to include forecasts and actual costs, identifying budget challenges.
- Conduct detailed analysis of real‑time monthly expenditures to ensure costs are coded correctly and address fiscal discrepancies.
- Support the creation of PCRs, NSAC financial presentations, monthly project reports and CNO bi‑monthly reviews.
- Collaborate on Post Implementation Appraisals (PIAs), compile results, and communicate findings annually.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management, including emergency response responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, OR
- Associate’s degree and 7 years of related experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience.
- Experience in financial budgeting, cost or project estimating.
- PMP certification (within 18 months of start).
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical exam as required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Expertise with Asset Suite 9 and Oracle financial systems.
