• Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events.
• Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required; MST or JD/LLM preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting.
• Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.
• Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.

Estimated base pay: $151,000 to $226,000. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including individual and firm performance.
