Car Wash Shift Lead

We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help deliver our guests a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As a Shift Lead at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day-to-day operations of the wash, as well as providing support for the management team. • The ability to learn how to run a shift, open and close the facility.
• Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.
• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety.
• The ability to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
• Learn all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
• Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any duties assigned by leadership.

• Pay starting at $19 - $21 + commission for car wash membership sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel between locations for training and development purposes may be required.
