Our Truck Service team includes nearly 3,000 technicians providing first‑rate service to customers. As a Mobile Maint Svc Advisor I, you will write work orders, perform suggestive selling, and handle OTC transactions while ensuring every traveler returns to the road better than they arrived.

• Use extensive knowledge of our products and services.
• Apply strong suggestive selling skills to generate revenue, influencing customers with integrity.
• Write, detail, and process (pay out) work orders and OTC transactions; properly write up ETA work orders; secure purchase orders and prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end‑of‑shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Maintain the safety of both customers and team members.

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in a repair or parts shop preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
• A valid driver’s license.

$17.50 - 18.00 per hour
