Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret (SCI eligibility required; CI Poly required upon onboarding)
Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000 (commensurate with experience)
The Senior Network Engineer will provide advanced engineering support across the full IT lifecycle, including the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of secure enterprise network solutions. This role supports mission-critical environments and requires hands‑on expertise in complex, multi‑classification network architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Design and engineer secure network solutions across multi‑classification enclaves
- Provide Tier 3 network engineering support for complex operational environments
- Troubleshoot advanced LAN/WAN issues, including BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, and GRE
- Support and maintain Cisco routing platforms, including ASRs
- Perform network architecture design, feasibility assessments, and cost analyses
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and requirements artifacts
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and federal teams to support mission objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise‑level network solutions
- Strong expertise in Cisco routing and Layer 2 technologies (STP, MST, VLANs)
- Active Top Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher)
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC)
- SD‑WAN experience
- Prior experience supporting federal or intelligence community environments
