A global industrial manufacturer based in Rosemont is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement across functions. This role will manage kaizen events, develop RBS tools, and lead cross-functional teams in various strategic initiatives. Candidates should have a B.S. Degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain, along with significant experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 with flexible, hybrid work options.
