Job Title: Mechanical Engineer 4

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Travel: Up to 25%

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong thermal system design expertise to support battery module development. This role owns design, analysis, and production release of thermal components and systems.

• Design and develop battery module thermal systems
• Perform CAE thermal analysis and simulations
• Lead component design from concept through production release
• Investigate system failures and recommend solutions
• Create engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Support new technology and continuous design improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Thermal Engineering
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Battery module or battery pack thermal design experience
• CAE tools:
  FlowEFD, ANSYS, Star-CCM+
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience
• Senior Mechanical Design Engineering background
