Pay Rate
: $39.00 – 42.00/hr. with benefit inclusions

This role leads hydraulic component and system testing projects from initial planning through execution, analysis, and final conclusions. The position provides hands‑on exposure to a wide range of hydraulic and fluid systems across multiple machines and product groups, with opportunities to work on new and emerging technologies in a collaborative lab environment.

• Lead hydraulic and fluid system testing projects from planning through completion
• Plan, set up, and execute component and system‑level tests
• Analyze test data and document results, conclusions, and recommendations
• Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with lab management, test leads, shop personnel, and internal clients
• Ensure work is completed with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions

• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  3–7 years, depending on level of degree attained
• Education:
  
  Four‑year technical degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Internships may be considered as applicable job experience

• Hands‑on mechanical and/or electrical experience
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Failure analysis and troubleshooting
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong hands‑on focus

• Hydraulics knowledge
• Component or system testing experience
• Design exposure related to fluid or hydraulic systems

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and shop personnel
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Project management experience

• Ability to perform hands‑on work, including lifting and handling hardware within acceptable limits
