Overview
Boeing is seeking Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineers for current and emerging programs across the St. Louis region, including Berkeley, MO, Hazelwood, MO, St. Charles, MO, and Mascoutah, IL. This role spans the technology development life cycle, including requirements generation, system design and implementation, integration, and test. Entry Level or Experienced Designers, Analysts and Test Engineers may be considered;
a sign-on bonus potential may apply for eligible external candidates.

Position Responsibilities- Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
- Assist with development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements.
- Assist in monitoring suppliers performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Analyze, translate and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, with traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop or modify basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
- Perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
- Assist in resolving product integration issues and production anomalies.
- Research basic technologies for potential application to internal business strategies.
- Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. Some programs may require domestic and/or international travel. Potential signing bonus may apply for eligible external candidates.
The following security related requirements apply: a U.S. Security Clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship is required. A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required.
Basic Qualifications (Required)- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Current residence in Oregon or relocation to the St. Louis, Missouri region (as posted).
- Level 1:
Bachelor’s degree in the above fields and technical experience. - Level 2: 2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills; able to work in a team environment.
- Experience with in a design/build or test team; experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes.
- Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or tests based on requirements.

Salary information is a general guideline and pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
Summary pay ranges:
Level 1: $71,400 - $96,600;
Level 2: $88,400 - $119,600.
