Mossville, IL(5days-Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year with benefits
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understand the system's functional requirements.
- Develop Test plans for Machine/Engine features.
- Develop Matlab/Simulink models for the applications to load in dSPACE.
- Validation of software on dSPACE HIL bench
- Develop test reports for the tests executed.
- Datalink files analysis for issues resolution.
- Work with customers on product support tasks.
- Conduct review meetings with software developer/architect to go over the test results.
- 3-5 years of overall experience in the relevant technology
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Science related fields
- Experience with HIL system testing and hardware setup/maintenance
- Experience with testing service tools and remote configuration of products
- Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)-dSPACE validation background, setup, troubleshooting with a harness.
- Experienced with Simulink, Python, Automation desk, Vector Canape, Canoe, Canalyzer.
- Proficiency in using lab test equipment (scopes, meters, power supplies, etc.), and relative experience with data analysis.
- Able to understand requirements and Develop test plans.
- Should have working Experience in sensors, Actuators, and ECUs.
- Exposer to test automation
- Must have good communication skills both written and oral.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Able to define and achieve organizational goals with required supervision.
- Understand the escalation process and follow as required.
- Experience in HIL model Development
- Experience with developing test automation with Python
- Basic knowledge of Machine and Engine ECU’s and software update processes.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Datalink architecture, including SAE J1939
