Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple municipal infrastructure projects, including construction management
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules
• Mentor and provide leadership to project teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support marketing and business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with municipal, water, wastewater, and infrastructure engineering standards

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of design and construction experience on municipal or infrastructure projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license
