- Define, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Lifecycle Cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements and incorporate reliability in all phases of the equipment lifecycle.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address underlying causes of equipment failures.
- Ensure all reliability activities comply with environmental, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of reliability and safety excellence.
- Lead a team of reliability engineers to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products.
- Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product failure data and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Conduct advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize product performance.
- Manage the reliability engineering budget and resources effectively.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years’ experience in Reliability and/or Mechanical Integrity.
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Fixed Equipment. Knowledge of NDE techniques and ASME/API codes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) Facilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity or certification in national standards such as API 510, 570, 580, 653.
- Professional Reliability Certification – CRE, CMRP.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee complex reliability engineering initiatives.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
CompensationAnnual base salary range: $106,000k – $133,000k. This is a general guideline; factors such as scope of responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations may influence the final offer.
