As part of the Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) team in Creve Coeur, Missouri, you will lead and manage environmental multi-media remediation programs for clients in the Industrial, Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Transportation sectors. You will help support and expand WSP’s environmental consulting business in Missouri.

• Perform business development within the Oil & Gas and Industrial/Commercial sectors for environmental remediation, geologic investigations, and related services.
• Design, oversee, mentor, and direct the efforts of staff and project-level engineers.
• Lead or provide quality review and oversight in preparation of technical reports and proposals.
• Interact with operational leadership, other principal and senior-level employees in the office, region, and firm-wide.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring that deliverables, schedules and budgets are achieved.
• Travel to projects as needed to execute project goals and business development.
• Make significant contributions to meeting key performance indicators for the P&L center.

• BS in Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.
• 12+ years of related environmental remediation and sales experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Self-starter, team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with remediation/assessment projects involving regional federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
• Ability to mentor and direct staff.
• Oversee remedy construction and operation and maintenance of environmental project work.
• Must pass drug test, physical, background check and hold a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record as per company policy.

• Master’s Degree in Geology or related field.
• Missouri and/or Illinois Professional Geologist’s License.
• 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR ) preferred.
• Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired.
