Base Salary Range: $119,433 - $145,167 annually. Eligible for annual bonuses. Annual ROA bonus 20.7% of eligible earnings. Annual profit sharing bonus 20.4% of eligible earnings.
Responsibilities- Develop safe and economical structural designs that meet project requirements and industry codes.
- Perform technical analysis using proprietary software (frame, secondary, bracing, crane, mezzanine, panel).
- Collaborate with the Detailing Department and other team members to communicate design requirements.
- Review and check structural drawings for accuracy.
- Continuously learn and seek innovative solutions across the organization.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET‑accredited school.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong knowledge of structural building codes (IBC, AISC 360, AISC 341, AISC 358, ASCE 7, AISI, etc.).
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in the United States, with ability to be licensed in other states if required.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Background in Pre‑Engineered Metal Building industry.
- Proficiency with metal building design software.
