• Work in a team collaboration environment with a customer Account Manager to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for our non‑turf OEM customers and Hydro‑Gear.
• Participate in vehicle development projects and assure the proper application of our hydraulic and electric products for the non‑turf OEM market segment.
• Provide ongoing technical support to our non‑turf OEM customers in the development, maintenance, and service of the application.
• Schedule on‑site visits with direct turf OEM accounts to discuss new development projects, current production applications, field service and warranty support.

• College degree in a related technical, electrical, or mechanical engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing experience.
• Strong technical hands‑on aptitude.
• Great communicator, both written and oral.
• Willingness to work in an account team collaboration environment with scheduled travel up to 50%.
