Purpose

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Semiconductor Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory levels of semiconductor components across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting demand, tracking inventory movement, identifying variances, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal inventory health and availability.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, track, and analyze inventory levels of semiconductor materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover rates, excess/obsolete inventory, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement managers, and engineering teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and production schedules.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers to manage supply chain flows.
  • Assist in demand forecasting, safety stock calculations, and planning buffer levels for critical components.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and minimize stockouts.
