Duties
This Building Principal must be knowledgeable in the current best practices related to the administration and supervision of a Jr. High School. Candidates must be well versed in Common Core, data analysis for making informed decisions, positive behavior interventions, and thorough knowledge of the RtI model. Ability and desire to encourage a parent and community inclusive school environment. Desire to lead and encourage a school team committed to student achievement, school improvement, and professional development.
Qualifications
Must hold or qualify for a type 75 Illinois certificate and qualified as a Teacher Evaluator. The Building Principal must be a leader who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
