Montini Catholic High School seeks a Guidance Counselor. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree, is a certified School Counselor, has previous experience, and possesses a thorough knowledge of high school counseling practices. This individual will support students in their academic, social-emotional, and personal development, and will play a key role in college planning and preparation, including guiding students and families through the college search, application, and decision-making process.
The candidate should be energetic, dedicated to the school community, and able to creatively engage today's high school students. This educator will join a learning community of professionals who thrive in a mission-driven educational environment, foster an inclusive school culture, and are deeply committed to the formation and success of young people. Successful candidates will be collaborative, student-centered, and dedicated to supporting the growth and achievement of the entire school community.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
