Secondary Instructional Paraprofessional III - In School Suspension Center
Reports To—
Responsibilities- Maintaining a daily working schedule as determined by the Principal.
- Acting as liaison with the student's regular teacher.
- Working with teachers in meeting educational and discipline needs of students.
- Monitoring students in performance of work given in the students' regular classrooms.
- Checking assignments for general accuracy and completeness and routing them to teachers.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending and participating in staff development programs.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Principal.
- Acquiring knowledge or training in one or all of the following:
Cooperative Discipline;
Discipline with Dignity. - Arranging exit conference for students ready to exit.
