Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator Licence with Administrative Endorsement.
Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience; administrative experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of elementary and junior high instructional practices.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional learning.
Commitment to fostering equitable practices, strong relationships, and a positive school culture.
Salary/Benefits
Contract length: 205 days administrative contract
Compensation:
Board paid TRS; salary commensurate with experience
Additional Notes
The Principal provides instructional and administrative leadership for grades 6-12, promoting a safe, inclusive, and high achieving learning environment. This position is responsible for advancing student achievement, supporting high quality instruction, fostering a positive school culture, and strengthening partnerships among staff, families, and community.
