Duties
The High School Art Teacher is responsible for providing engaging, standards-based visual arts instruction to students in grades 9-12. The teacher fosters creativity, critical thinking, and technical skill development while aligning curriculum and assessment with guidelines established by the Illinois State Board of Education.

Salary/Benefits
Salary is based on an established schedule according to education and years of experience. Benefits include health/life/dental insurance, health reimbursement account, sick days, personal leave days, bereavement leave, partial tuition reimbursement, partially paid TRS (100% in year 2028/2029) and affordable employer sponsored daycare program for staff dependents (ages 6 weeks - age
5).
